Earlier today, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo delivered remarks at the ribbon cutting of the Cornell Tech campus on Roosevelt Island in New York City. The event marked the opening of the first phase of the Cornell Tech campus, which features some of the most environmentally friendly and energy-efficient buildings in the world and is home to the Jacobs Cornell-Technion Institute, a joint partnership between Cornell University and the Technion.
