The NYSDDPC does not provide direct support services to individuals. The agency indirectly benefits individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and family members by developing and funding innovative, disability-related demonstration

The New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) in collaboration with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, caregivers and policymakers provides capacity building by promoting policies, plans and best practices.
