Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the completion of an expanded boat launch site on the uppermost portion of the Buffalo River, part of a $10.3 million infrastructure project to replace the Harlem Road bridge in Erie County. The bridge recently opened to traffic approximately one year ahead of schedule. The new boat launch will enhance opportunities for boating and fishing enthusiasts in Western New York.
